2.3. Once your refund request is received and approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that you may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
2.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning the item(s). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3.1. Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.2. If the refund is approved, you may be eligible for one of the following refund options:
